Managing the Reception area and ensuring it is clean and organized;
Answering all incoming calls in a polite manner and directing to the right person or department:
Greet clients/visitors with a pleasant, positive and helpful attitude;
Managing daily incoming/outgoing mails/courier service;
Able to handle general administrative duties;
Managing the Meeting Rooms and maintaining its cleanliness;
Willing to learn and do multi tasks.

Minimum SPM or equivalent with 2 - 3 years working experience in the related position;
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin;
Pleasant personality with polite manners and good communication/ interpersonal skills;
Fast learner, have initiative, work independently and mature.
