Personal Assistant to Managing Director (#1,416,053,481)

Provide executive and administrative support to Managing Director.
Plan and coordinate Managing Director daily schedules and activities including scheduling meeting, appointment and travel management.
Provide full support to handle the Managing Director's Office day- to-day administrative and operations matters including monitoring of deadlines and follow up of instructions of Managing Director when necessary.
Keep the Managing Director well informed of upcoming commitments and follow up appropriately.

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificates, Diploma/ Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to liaise and communicate professionally with all levels of management and visitors internal and externally.
Strong adaptability to any related and non-related work assigned.
Excellent time arrangement and organization skills.
Capable to handle enquiries and correspondence independently with minimum supervision.
Candidates must be willing to travel.
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development/Secretarial & PA or equivalent.
