Key Responsibilities:
- Full support of Chinese customers from both China and whole Asia Pacific region by phone and online
- Daily communications with customers
- Troubleshooting and resolving of complicated customer support problems
- Performing variety of database-related support work
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Chinese language at expert level or native
- Fluent English language (for internal communications)
- Experienced internet user and good knowledge of online communication methods (Skype, QQ, online-chats, e-mailing)
- Communicative, easy-going and literate person
- Experience in international customer support is an advantage
- Experience in financial markets is a great advantage
Work conditions:
- Full-time work, 8 hrs a day, 5 days a week
- Work in office in KL city centre
